In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Whenever you fill in the ticket please add as much information as possible! Especially with bug reporting since we need to  reproduce the same steps to fix the bug.

You can upload screenshots and video's (possibly to third party hosting sites) or add them in the editor.

NOTE: We have been having some issues with emails being sent to the spam/junk folder. DiodeMatrix email servers have all the correct settings and encryption certificates. The problem lies within the way the support emails are built.
